These are some examples of the knives I've made through the years.
Chain San Mai Damascus Tanto San mai damascus from a motorcycle chain with a 5160 core.
13 3/4" overall length, 8" cutting edge, 8 3/4" from tip to tsuba. 1/4" thickness. Hand made micarta handle. Nickel silver / copper mokume habaki. Brass / copper mokume tsuba. Stainless steel and copper decorative pin. Dyed and lacquered maple saya.
Stainless Damascus Tasting Spoon
It's 9 1/2" long and for maximum contrast, I've used 304 and 420MV (Molibdenum Vanadium) - both fully stainless steels. Green handmade leather sheath.
The dark spots or lines that look out of place are not really on the actual spoon, they're just optical effects due to the curved surfaces, that are really hard to photograph.
San Mai Cutter / Kiridashi San mai damascus made of 1010 and 1070 with a 5160 core.
5 1/8" overall lenght. 1 1/2" cutting edge. 1/8" thickness. Leather lanyard with a 1010/1070/copper mokume bead. Leather sheath with a clip for pocket carry.
Cable Damascus Knife and Fork Table Set
Cable (1085) damascus.
8 1/2" overall lenght. Knife edge is 3 1/2"
Curupay wood handles, with brass and leather spacers. Buttcap in nickel silver and copper mokume.

5 1/8" cutting edge, 5 5/8" blade. 10 1/2" overall
length. 3/16" thickness.
Black and green micarta handle scales with stainless steel / copper
decorative pins. Hand made leather sheath.
