Pending Orders - 10/20/2011
I'd like to ask a favor to all the people that have pending orders from me.

I need you to email me at arielsalaverria@gmail.com with the exact order you have on file, when did you place that order and when I told you it was going to be finished and how much I quoted you.

It doesn't matter of the order is from a Project item (Nessmuks and Spoons) or a regular order, please email me about it.

I realized I have some holes on my working list and I really don't wanna leave people hanging in there.

I've been corresponding with MANY of you on your orders, so even if you know I'm working on your order, but please indulge me and just forward me our last email if that the case. I have over 10K emails and this would really help me out. This small action on your part would help other people with their orders.

I'm planning on a new system for orders in 2012 so this doesn't happen again, and having all this information to start would help me a long way.

Please put PENDING ORDER on the subject line, followed by the item you have ordered.
This way I can filter these emails easily. If you do not put PENDING ORDER on the subject line, your email won't be properly taken care of.

If you ordered via a PM on a forum, please state Forum and Username.

If you have an order with me and for any reason you'd like to cancel it, please also let me know the info for the order, so I can delete it from my working log.

For your troubles, I will do a lottery for a damascus bottle opener with all the received emails in about a month.
