I'll start working on this 2nd run in February 2009, to deliver all 30 knives in 2009. First come, first serve.
I might be able to deliver somewhat sooner, but FEB- DEC 2009 are the official dates.

These will be full flat tang san mai damascus Nessmuk knives with an 8" overall lenght , just like the 1st run.

They will all share the same steel profile (although the damascus patterns will be unique to each knife!), and you'll be able to choose the scales material.
They will be 100% custom made, and you will be able to choose handle materials from a variety of local woods and my home made micarta.

The only difference between the 1st run and this one is the price, as I need to upgrade the shipping method.

These are $255 ($199 + $55 for DHL) shipped. This includes a pouch style leather (black or brown) sheath.

CONUS/Canada addresses - Other destinations will be a tad higher. Might be light fluctuations on the shipping charges as the market evolves, but I don't believe it's gonna be significant.

I know this price increase might not look good for some folks, but I really need to ship knives using a fast, secure and trackable method (The first run ships registered airmail).

If people ordering would like to associate with others and have me ship 2/3 knives to one person so then he can ship the other two knives in the US, I'd be OK with it. I can ship up to 3 knives per package, and of course I would just charge one shipping charge for the total order. We can make those arrangements when the time comes.

Philosophy of the Project - Base Prototype

The idea behind this Project is to offer a base san mai knife at an affordable price, but at the same time, to allow the buyers to customize their order to their particular taste.

Some of the options are included on the price, and some cost more due to the work and/or cost of materials involved.

If you'd like to have some other custom work done to your knife/sheath, please just email me and ask me about it, the listed options are just examples.
