Full flat tang Nessmuk Bare Blades with an 8" overall lenght in my usual san mai damascus.

They will all share the same steel profile, but since they will be 100% custom made, just as I make all my knives, the damascus patterns will be unique to each blade.

They are $150 shipped to your door. (Registered Airmail) - PayPal gladly accepted.

Philosophy of the Project

The idea behind this Project is to offer a base san mai damascus bare blade at an affordable price, allowing folks to finish the knife themselves.

I would gladly respond all emails asking advice on how to work with materials. You can also check my Tutorials and Knifemaking sections for help.

You'll get the bare blade profiled, ground, sharpened, etched and drilled, just as the pictures show.

San Mai damascus in 1010/1070 with a 5160 core.
8" overall lenght. 3 1/4" cutting edge. 5/32" thickness.
1" wide at the first handle pin (the one towards the edge)

These are based on the base price for the prototype bare blade.

Lanyard hole: no extra charge.
Sharpened / No sharpened: no extra charge.
Black or Brown leather lanyard (no bead): no extra charge.
Bolsters pins holes (back, rear or both): $5
Damascus bead for lanyard: $20
Mokume bead for lanyard: $25

Cable san mai damascus blade (instead 1010/1070): $20
Semi stainless san mai damascus blade (instead 1010/1070): $80
