Custom Knives
Send all custom work inquiries to ariel@aescustomknives.com,
I'll get back to you with my thoughts on your knife and to quote you
an estimate and time frame for the project.
When working on custom orders I always send pictures of the different
stages of the knife, so the customer can check up the progress with
the idea of the knife in his mind and make corrections to it if there's
any.
I document almost all stages and corroborate that the order is 100%
to the customer's expectations, as sometimes the ideas for a knife
change as you see the work done. Since I'm only happy if the customer
says that I made the knife he really wanted instead of the knife he
originally sketched, I don't mind changing the order details as I
work.
If I have suggestions for a knife, I'll let the customer know about
them, but he always has the final word. I can go crazy on my designs,
but if someone orders a knife from me, I stick to the customer's ideas |

Accepted Payments
For custom orders I prefer payment in form of Cashier/Bank Checks,
International Money Orders and Money Transfers from Western
Union, MoneyGram
and USPS
Sure Money. For items listed on the Forums or this website for
immediate delivery, PayPal (+4%) is also accepted. Just contact
me for the address. |

Shipping
All orders are shipped on Fridays upon receiving payment. Shipping
charges are based on weight and final destination of shipment and
are already covered on the prices stated on the Available
Knives pages.
Except otherwise noted, I use DHL to ship knives (ETA is 3-6 working
days, depending on your location) I will send you the tracking number
of your order most likely on Mondays, so you can check status on the
delivery process.
Small jewerly and EDC items are shipped Registered Airmail (ETA is
10 working days) using the Argentina Post Office.
In the unlikely eventuality that a package gets lost, you will
get the chance of having your money immediately refunded or getting
a similar piece made with no waiting period. I might be far away from
my customers, but I always take care of them. |

Warranty
My warranty is very simple, if you don't abuse your knife, you ship
it to me and I'll take care of it for as long as I'm able to work.
All you have to do is pay shipping both ways.
If it's damage due to abuse, I'll asses it and try to fix it anyway,
charging a small fee if it's much work involved. |
