These are some examples of the knives I've made through the years. |
Damascus Integral Dagger
Damascus made of 1085 and 1030
5" blade, 11" overall length. Handle and guard was made
with copper covered in glass from powdered enamels. Pommel is a knot
from a cohiue tree. Sheath is handstitched black cow leather. This
is not a 50/50 dagger, as I wanted one of the sides to have more predominance
as the other. The line that looks like a crack on the blade is
not, it’s just one of the layers of the steel that’s thicker
than the others. |
Nessmuk Style Knife (Custom ordered)
Blued cable damascus (1085)
3.75" blade, 7.75" overall length. Handle was made from
red deer stag and the bolster is polished leather and enameled copper.
Pommel is polished leather and cable damascus. Sheaths are handstitched
cow leather and one of them has enameled copper as a detail. Process
of making this knife. |
Integral Criollo Verijero
Hand forged 52100, differentially hardened, satin finish.
3.75" blade, 7.75" overall length. Handle was made from
a piece of walnut root. Spacer and pommel in mirror finished copper.
Sheath was made in handstitched cow leather to the buyer's needs at
no extra charge. |
Three Criollo Knives (Blade
Art Exclusive)
Hand forged 5160, differentially hardened, satin finish.
7.5" blade, 12" overall length. Handle was made from palo
santo dyed to obtain a darker tone, but preserving the original wood
veins and it has copper and stainless steel details. Bolster is stainless
steel, as well as the pommel, which has a palo santo insert. Sheath
is handstitched cow leather and palo santo wood, with details in stainless
steel and brass. Process
of making this knives. |
Torsioned Damascus Claw
Damascus made from 2 files (W1) and ball bearing parts (52100)
4.5" blade, 9" overall length. Handle was made with black
and white acetate. For the sheath I used leather with a detail of
the same handle acetates. Process
of making this knife. |
