These are some examples of the knives I've made through the years. |
Nessmuk Style Knife
Acid etched O1, differentially hardened, 1/8" thick.
3.75" blade, 7.75" overall length. Handle was made from
red deer stag and the bolster is polished leather and green enameled
copper, same as the butt cap. Sheath is handstitched green cow leather
with a loop up to a 2" wide belt. |

Damascus Kitchen Set
All three knives have a San Mai damascus (1010 and 1070 with a 52100
core) blade and matching sheaths in dark brown thick leather.
Santoku
San Mai damascus in 1010 and 1070 with a 52100 core.
8" blade, 12.5" overall length. Handle in Itin wood with
a copper handmade pin. Spacer in leather and copper. Chef's
Knife
San Mai damascus in 1010 and 1070 with a 52100 core.
8" blade, 12" overall length. Handle in stainless steel
with a copper handmade pin. Spacer in micarta and copper. Customer
wanted his initials prominently displayed on the blade. Paring
Knife

4" blade, 8.5" overall length. Handle in red deer stag with
a damascus buttcap. Spacer in leather. |

Coppered San Mai damascus made of 1010 and 1070 with a O1 core.
4" overall lenght. Lanyard in leather and copper. Hand stitched
leather sheath with pocket clip. |

Cable (1085) Damascus
3.15" blade (without bolster), 7" overall length. Handle
in carved Guayacan wood. Sheath is handstitched cow hide with clips
for a chef's apron. |
